通过对某铅酸蓄电池企业防护设施整改前后工作场所铅烟(尘)浓度检测,评价其防护设施整改效果。结果显示,整改前工作场所铅烟和铅尘水平合格率分别为33.3%和20%,整改后为78.6%和75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。该厂如按建议完善超标岗位防护设施,可有效控制铅职业危害。
Through the detection of the concentration of lead (dust) in the workplace before and after rectification of the protective facilities of a lead-acid battery, the effect of rectification of the protective facilities was evaluated. The results showed that the pass rates of lead and lead dust in the workplace before rectification were 33.3% and 20% respectively, and 78.6% and 75% respectively after rectification, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). If the plant as per the recommendations to improve the post protection facilities, can effectively control the occupational hazards of lead.
