目的观察纤维素、麦麸、果胶对高脂膳食大鼠红细胞膜流动性的影响。②方法36只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、纤维素组、麦麸组、果胶组,后3组分别在饲料中添加10%的3种不同膳食纤维,喂养90d后,测定大鼠粪中脂肪排出量、大鼠红细胞膜MDA水平及其流动性。③结果膳食纤维3组大鼠粪便中脂肪排出量明显增多,与对照组比较差异有显著意义(t=2.220~2.571,P均<0.05),红细胞膜MDA水平明显低于对照组(t=2.220~2.571,P均<0.05),红细胞膜的荧光偏振度及微粘度均显著低于对照组(t=2.299~2.447,P均<0.05)。④结论膳食纤维可能通过影响大鼠体内脂肪的消化吸收和限食功能来减轻自由基对生物膜的损伤
Objective To observe the effect of cellulose, wheat bran and pectin on the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane of high fat diet rats. Methods Thirty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, cellulose group, wheat bran group and pectin group. After 3 days, 3 different dietary fiber supplemented with 10% Medium fat excretion, rat erythrocyte membrane MDA level and mobility. Results The excretion of fat in the excrement of dietary fiber in the three groups was significantly increased (t = 2.220-2.571, P <0.05), and the level of MDA in erythrocyte membrane was significantly lower than that in the control group The fluorescence polarization and microviscosity of erythrocyte membrane in the control group (t = 2.220 ~ 2.571, P <0.05) were significantly lower than those in the control group (t = 2.299 ~ 2.447, P < 0.05). ④ Conclusion Dietary fiber may reduce the damage of free radicals to biofilm by affecting the digestion and absorption of food and the function of food restriction in rats
