同种异基因白细胞输注(allogeneic leukocyte, ALI)治疗造血系统恶性肿瘤已被越来越多的研究证实为一种有效并有前途的过继免疫治疗手段。本文综述了其应用范围,效应机制、增强其抗肿瘤效应和降低相关毒性的方法。
Allogeneic leukocyte (ALI) treatment of hematopoietic malignancies has been confirmed by more and more studies as an effective and promising adoptive immunotherapy. This article reviews its scope of application, its mechanism of action, its anti-tumor effect and its associated toxicity.
