在事业单位人力资源管理中采取激励措施,不仅可以激发员工积极性,更可以充分挖掘员工潜能,提高人力资源的利用效率。本文围绕着事业单位人力资源中的激励机制存在的问题展开讨论,针对于存在的问题提出相应的对策,希望为促进事业单位健康发展提供一定的参考。
In the institutions of human resource management to take incentives to not only inspire the enthusiasm of staff, but also to fully tap the potential of employees and improve the utilization of human resources efficiency. This article focuses on the existing problems in the incentive mechanism of human resources in public institutions, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in the light of existing problems. It hopes to provide some reference to promote the healthy development of public institutions.
