由于错误的教育目标的引导、采取的教育/培训方式单一、忽视对受训教师的师德意识的培养,导致了目前一些外语教师教育效率低下,甚至失败的结局。文章逐一对这三个错误的认识/做法,即误区进行了修正。作者对外语教师教育的目标进行了新的诠释,对培训方式提出了新的建议,认为师德意识的培养很重要,并对师德教育提出了三点建议。文章从反面的角度总结外语教师教育的有关经验,目的在于实现快速提高外语教师的素质。
Due to the wrong educational goal, the single mode of education / training adopted and the neglect of training teachers’ sense of morality have led to the ineffective or even unsuccessful education of some foreign language teachers. The article one by one on these three mistakes / practices, errors that have been amended. The author made a new interpretation of the goal of foreign language teacher education and put forward new suggestions on training methods. He believes that the cultivation of teacher morality awareness is very important and puts forward three suggestions on teacher moral education. The article summarizes the relevant experience of foreign language teacher education from the negative perspective, and aims to achieve the rapid improvement of the quality of foreign language teachers.
