目的:采用GC-MS方法对马兜铃蜜制前后挥发油进行化学成分的定性定量分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从马兜铃饮片中提取挥发油,用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量,并用GC-MS对其化学成分进行鉴定。结果:从马兜铃生品及蜜制品中共鉴定出133个化合物,占挥发油总成分的90%以上。马兜铃蜜制后有新化合物产生,并且总化合物数量减少,同时有部分化合物经炮制后含量发生变化。结论:此方法稳定可靠,重复性好,GC-MS联用适用于马兜铃挥发油的化学成分分析,为马兜铃饮片质量评价提供了一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical constituents of volatile oil in Camellia oleifera by GC-MS. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from Aristolochia officinalis L. by steam distillation. The relative percentage of each component was determined by peak area normalization. The chemical constituents were identified by GC-MS. Results: A total of 133 compounds were identified from the aristolochia raw and honey products, accounting for more than 90% of the total volatile oil. The new compound was produced after the Aristolochia honey system, and the total number of compounds decreased, at the same time, the content of some compounds changed after being processed. Conclusion: The method is stable, reliable, reproducible and GC-MS is suitable for the chemical constituents analysis of essential oil of Aristolochia macrostahedron. It provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Aristolochia spinoschi.
