中小型变压器生产中常遇到单面敞开型冲裁件。此类工件在冲裁时,由于总有一面是单面冲裁,所以在板料对凸凹模刃口的侧压力P_1和P_2作用下,必然迫使凸模与凹模向相反的方向错开,间隙值增大,影响产品质量和模具寿命。甚至由于间隙的增大而影响生产的正常进行。据有关资料介绍,解决此类问题的办法,一般都是采用反侧装置或增加导向机构的方法。但这样做会使模具结构复杂化,同时增加了模具的制造费用,延长模具的制造周期。笔者根据自己的工作实践,设计了如图4、图5所示的
