随着当前我国人民生活水平的全面提升,我国整体城市化建设发展的速度也在逐渐提升,使得当前我国建筑整体行业的发展也得到了显著推进。在近年来的社会发展背景下,我国建筑行业市场更是得到了十分显著的变化,无论是何种建筑类型的需求量都在大大提升,这也使得建筑企业迅速成长和发展。为此广大建筑企业要想在此种背景下得到发展,对工程经济预算和成本控制环节进行关注就显得尤为重要。因为其不仅是当前工程经济管理中的重要组成部分,更是保障建筑企业合理、全面获取经济收益的重要环节。为此下文中笔者就将对工程经济预算和的成本控制问题展开研究,希望对建筑工程的开展和行业整体建设起到更大的帮助作用。
With the overall improvement of people’s living standard in our country, the speed of overall urbanization and development in our country is gradually increasing, making the development of China’s construction industry as a whole have also been significantly promoted. In recent years, the background of social development, China’s construction industry has been a very significant change in the market, no matter what type of construction needs are greatly enhanced, which also makes the rapid growth of construction enterprises and development. To this end the majority of construction enterprises in order to be developed in this context, the project economic budget and cost control aspects of concern is particularly important. Because it is not only an important part of the current project economic management, but also an important part of guaranteeing the reasonable and comprehensive economic benefits for construction enterprises. To this end, I will study the project economic budget and cost control issues in the following text, hoping to carry out construction projects and industry as a whole play a greater helping role.
