采用灵敏的IRMA法在贵阳、凯里、都匀三地区五年内筛查了24040例新生儿滤纸血斑TSH水平,以监测贵州省IDD。各年度三地区TSH分布频率大致相似,均向高值方向偏移。其TSH>5mU/L者为33.7~51.0%之间。高于富碘国家水平,表明三地区有缺碘存在。且贵阳、凯里TSH>5mU/L者有逐年上升趋势,与此同时,三地区学生甲状腺肿大率也有上升趋势。尿碘<100ug/L者和居民碘盐含碘量<20mg/kg者的百分比率都较高。结果表明,新生儿TSH筛查是监测IDD最敏感和有效方法。
Sensitive IRMA method was used to screen 24040 neonatal filter paper TSH levels in Guiyang, Caili and Duyun areas within five years to monitor IDD in Guizhou Province. The TSH distribution frequencies in the three regions of each year are roughly similar, both of which shift towards higher values. The TSH> 5mU / L were between 33.7 ~ 51.0%. Higher than the national level of iodine-rich, indicating that iodine deficiency exists in the three regions. And Guiyang, Carey TSH> 5mU / L who have increased year by year, at the same time, the three regions of students goiter rate also increased. Urine iodine <100ug / L and iodine iodine residents <20mg / kg were higher percentage rates. The results show that neonatal TSH screening is the most sensitive and effective method for monitoring IDD.
