于1991年,以栉孔扇贝幼虫为材料,用1000ml烧杯模拟育菌现场条件,进行光合细菌作为饵料添加剂的试验。分析表明,光合细菌(Rps.sp.)中含粗蛋白62.3%;18种氨基酸的总量为51.24%;维生素B_1,B_2,B_(12)含量分别为0.01065%,0.009388%,0.00264%;脂类和其他生理活性物质。生长试验结果表明,在开始的12d,在补充Rps sp,50 mg/L和100mg/L时,幼虫平均增长率分别为6.6和5.9μm/d,对照组为4.8μm/d;加Rps.sp的幼虫,提早出眼点1—2d;发育成稚贝数比对照组增加432—620%。
In 1991, Zhikong scallop larvae were used as materials to simulate the field conditions with 1000 ml beakers to test photosynthetic bacteria as bait additive. The analysis showed that 62.3% crude protein was contained in photosynthetic bacteria (Rps.sp.), the total amount of 18 amino acids was 51.24%, the contents of B_1, B_2 and B_ (12) were 0.01065%, 0.009388% and 0.00264% Classes and other physiologically active substances. The results of growth experiments showed that the average growth rates of larvae were 6.6 and 5.9 μm / d at the beginning of 12 d with RPS sp, 50 mg / L and 100 mg / L, respectively, and 4.8 μm / d in control group. Of the larvae, early eye out 1-2d; development of juvenile than the control group increased by 432-620%.
