陶瓷涂层自身脆性大,并且与炭/炭(C/C)复合材料基体的热膨胀系数不匹配,使用时容易产生微裂纹。利用第二相进行增韧是预防高温防氧化涂层失效的常用手段。本文阐述了C/C复合材料陶瓷涂层的增韧机制,综述了近年来国内外对C/C复合材料高温防氧化增韧陶瓷涂层的研究现状,并对增韧陶瓷涂层目前存在的问题和以后的研究方向进行了展望。
Ceramic coatings are inherently brittle and do not match the thermal expansion coefficient of carbon / carbon (C / C) composite matrices and cause microcracking when used. Toughening with the second phase is a common means of preventing the failure of high temperature oxidation resistant coatings. In this paper, the toughening mechanism of C / C composites ceramic coating is expounded. At the same time, the research status of high temperature anti-oxidation and toughening ceramic coatings on C / C composites at home and abroad are reviewed.
