目的:分析护理人员使用不同的患者身份识别方法对护理差错发生的影响。方法:自行设计问卷,对90名护理人员识别患者身份的方法及与护理差错发生之间的联系进行调查。对160名患者体验过并希望护理人员使用的患者身份识别方法进行调查。结果:70名护理人员同时使用4种以上方法识别患者身份,明显减少护理差错的发生。147名患者体验过并希望护理人员同时使用查对床号、姓名、请患者说出姓名及严格查对腕带的方法。结论:同时使用4种以上方法识别患者身份,能够有效落实患者身份识别制度,减少护理差错的发生,提升患者信任度。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the impact of nursing staffs using different patient identification methods on nursing errors. Methods: The questionnaire was designed by ourselves to investigate the relationship between 90 nurses’ identification of patients and their nursing errors. Investigate patient identification methods that 160 patients have experienced and want nurses to use. Results: 70 nurses used more than 4 methods to identify patients at the same time, which significantly reduced the incidence of nursing errors. 147 patients experience and hope that nurses also use the check bed number, name, ask the patient to name and strict check on the wristband method. Conclusion: At the same time using more than 4 methods to identify patients, which can effectively implement the patient identification system to reduce the incidence of nursing errors and enhance patient trust.
