据悉,随着今年海南省大项目的推进,钢材水泥价格跌势有望减缓。上半年,受产能过剩、房产调控“国五条”及宏观经济不景气等因素影响,钢材、水泥价格持续走低。上半年海南省螺纹钢平均价格为4394.67元/t,从2月6日高点4675元/t调至最低的3798元/t,跌幅23.09%。水泥上半年的平均零售价为369.50元/t,比去年上半年下降23.29%。
