5月22日,继3月18日出台住房限购政策之后,河北省保定市政府出台《关于加强房地产市场管理的意见》,明确“双限双竞”模式取得的住宅地块在购房者取得房产证10年内不能买卖。此前只有隶属保定高碑店市的白沟镇,限售时间最长,为5年。无独有偶,广东省珠海市目前也在尝试“10年限售”的土拍模式。截至5月24日,珠海市国土资源局共挂牌出让15幅地块,其中3幅住宅地块给出“10年限售”的规定。规定称,
