在快速城市化、机动化和城市发展空间拓展的背景下,本文探讨了城市公共交通发展纲要。以青岛市为例,首先分析了纲要编制的背景,提出了纲要的定位和需重点关注的问题,论证了专题研究报告的编制内容和方法,最后阐述了公共交通发展的目标、战略、政策、规划、投融资、管理体制及运行等的系统发展思想。
Against the backdrop of rapid urbanization, motorization and urban development, this article explores the development of urban public transport. Taking Qingdao City as an example, this paper firstly analyzes the background of compilation of the outline, puts forward the positioning of the outline and the issues needing attention, expounds the compilation content and method of the theme research report, and finally elaborates the objective, strategy and policy of public transportation development, Planning, investment and financing, management system and operation of the system development thinking.
