近期,一些AE人员联系本刊诉说他们在工作中的困难,我们选择了其中一些有代表性的问题,请来了一些资深的客户人员进行探讨。从中我们发现,AE的问题一方面来自于员工的本身;另一方面源于公司高层管理的不当。希望我们的文章可以给广大AE与公司管理人员一些启示。
Recently, some AE staff contacted us to tell them about their difficulties at work. We chose some of the representative issues and invited some experienced clients to discuss. From which we find that the problem of AE comes from the employees themselves; on the other hand, it comes from the improper management of the company. I hope our articles give some inspiration to the general AE and the company’s management.
