针对鱼雷罐周转数量和评价指标已有计算方法影响因素考虑不全的问题,为实现合理预测鱼雷罐周转数量和科学评价鱼雷罐运行效率,本文以W钢厂鱼雷罐、高炉和连铸机为研究对象,解析了鱼雷罐运行过程和时间,建立了鱼雷罐周转周期数学表达式,提出了用于分析高炉供铁量和连铸机需铁量关系的铁水供求因子,计算出不同高炉利用系数和连铸机不同连浇炉数条件下的铁水供求因子;对应铁水供求因子分别小于、等于和大于1,建立了数量计算模型、周转率模型和有效利用率模型,形成了较完善的鱼雷罐控制模型.将模型应用于实际,不仅可有效减少鱼雷罐周转数量,提高鱼雷罐周转率和有效利用率,而且为炼铁-炼钢界面系统运行优化与控制提供了理论依据,并充实了冶金流程集成理论与优化方法.
