On November 10, the Central Party Committee’s 18th Plenary Session of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Spiritual Report was held in Nanning. The central propaganda team members, the Central Executive Committee of the State Council for Reform and the deputy director of the State Development and Reform Commission Mu Hong made a presentation.
