石刁柏(Asparagus officinalis var.altilis L.),又名芦笋、龙须菜,属百合科(Liliaceae)天门冬属中的食用种,以柔嫩的幼茎作为蔬菜食用。我国黑龙江和内蒙古有野生的石刁柏,栽培种则是引自国外,据推测已有百年左右的历史。早年仅限于作标本栽培,供作蔬菜食用首推台湾省。台湾省人口密集土地有限,不少农产品须输入,为赚取外汇,栽培石刁柏制罐头出口,加工后增值颇巨。80年代初年收入在1.5亿美元左右,以 Asparagus officinalis var.
