目的通过了解某集成电路制造企业职业病危害控制水平及职业卫生管理状况,探讨该行业职业病发生的规律性特征,为企业进一步改进防治措施提供依据。方法对某集成电路生产企业2009-2013年职业健康监护资料和不同职业病危害因素检出情况进行分析,并对其职业卫生管理现状进行调查。结果该企业中5年按照15种职业病危害因素共监护13 506人次,累积发现职业禁忌证49人次,共35人,检出比率为0.36%。涉及相关职业病危害因素有砷化氢、噪声共2种,未发现疑似职业病患者。14人不同年份查出相同禁忌证2次。结论公司应进一步加强职业健康监护工作,特别是上岗前的健康检查,在具体实施过程中可将噪声作为健康监护的重点职业病危害因素,发现的职业禁忌证人员应立即调离相关工作岗位。
OBJECTIVE To understand the regularity of occupational disease control and occupational health management in an integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise and to explore the regularity of occupational diseases in this industry and to provide basis for enterprises to further improve their prevention and control measures. Methods The occupational health monitoring data and the detection of different occupational hazards in an integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise from 2009 to 2013 were analyzed and the status quo of occupational health management was investigated. Results A total of 13 506 people were monitored and supervised according to 15 kinds of occupational hazards in the five years. A total of 49 occupational contraindications were found, with a total of 35 people, with a detection rate of 0.36%. There are 2 kinds of arsine and noise involved in the related occupational hazards, and no suspected occupational disease was found. 14 people in different years found the same contraindications 2 times. Conclusion The Company should further strengthen its occupational health monitoring work, especially the pre-appointment health checkup, and regard noise as a key occupational hazard in health monitoring in the process of implementation. Occupational taboos should be promptly removed from relevant work posts.
