在黄爱、庞人铨牺牲一周年之际,中共上海地方党组织召集的上海各工团联席会议上决定成立全市黄、庞一周年纪念筹备处,筹备召开纪念大会,并刊发纪念册。《黄庞一周年纪念册》于1923年1月17日,即由上海黄、庞一周年纪念筹备处编辑、发行,版面为小32开。纪念册内容主要分三个部分:第一部是烈士的遗照和生平简介。第二部是编辑、发行者的宣言书。第三部是各界所写的纪念文章、诗歌等。以下就此作以概况介绍。
