目的改善医患关系,化解医疗纠纷。方法通过加强医患沟通,建立和谐的医患关系,明白医生和患者是一个战壕里的战友,惟有互相配合、多多沟通,才能最大限度地战胜病魔,相反,彼此不和谐只会有害无益。结果避免或减少医疗纠纷的发生。体会医患沟通是医务人员的必备技能,一个微笑、一个眼神,爱意就被传递,沟通得以完成。实践进一步证明,医患沟通是化解医疗纠纷的钥匙。
Objective To improve doctor-patient relationship and resolve medical disputes. Methods By strengthening communication between doctors and patients and establishing a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, it is clear that doctors and patients are comrades in a trench. Only by cooperating and communicating with each other can they overcome the disease to the maximum extent. On the contrary, disharmony between each other can only be harmful. As a result, avoid or reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. Experience doctor-patient communication is a necessary skill for medical personnel. A smile, a look, and love are transmitted and communication can be completed. Practice has further proved that doctor-patient communication is the key to resolving medical disputes.
