在认真学习兄弟船厂应用低压铸造的先进经验后,我厂发扬了自力更生、艰苦奋斗的精神,依靠群众,集中攻关,克服了低压铸造工艺设备制造过程中的种种困难:采用分段铸造、组合焊接的方法,代替铸钢件的整体铸造;利用现有的箱式柴油熔铜炉,提高熔炼温度,攻下熔炼关,终于使船用螺旋桨低压铸造在我厂获得成功。从而,在这一基础上,又针对水玻璃砂型材料来源困难,以及对螺旋桨单独使用水玻璃砂型时给生产场地管理带来的诸多不便,仍采用
After earnestly studying the advanced experience of using low-pressure casting in Brother Shipyard, our factory carried forward the spirit of self-reliance and hard work and relied on the masses to tackle key problems and overcome the difficulties in the manufacturing process of low-pressure foundry equipment. Using segmented casting and combined welding Method, instead of casting the overall casting; the use of existing box-type diesel melting furnace, raising the melting temperature, off the melting off, and finally low-pressure marine propeller casting plant in our success.
