主要研究了耐热ABS加入PVC中对其耐热性能的影响,此时合金的耐热性能随着耐热ABS含量的升高而逐渐提高。当耐热ABS的添加量固定在50份时,添加不同形态的无机填料(片层状滑石粉、针状硫酸镁晶须、球形碳酸钙和棒状的凹凸棒土),研究不同形态的无机填料对PVC/ABS合金耐热性能的影响,研究结果表明:在相同添加量下,片层状的滑石粉和凹凸棒土对合金的耐热性能提高最为明显,球形碳酸钙次之,针状硫酸镁的效果最差。
