肺功能检查在国内应用于临床已有30年历史;特别在近十年内,不论在深度与广度方面都有长足的进展。但是肺功能检查在广大的基层医院能不能开展?有无必要开展?问题尚未解决。笔者认为对此问题目前在认识上存在二种障碍。一是认为文献发表的肺功能文章,很多用的是进口的高级仪器,价格昂贵,技术精湛,高不可攀。二是认为肺功能检查不像心电图那样解决临床实际问题,而是可有可无。在临床工作中,一个全面的疾病诊断应包
