在睾丸中已发现存在几种下丘脑的神经肽。最近发现,睾丸中存在高浓度的免疫反应性促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(CRF),且来源于睾丸本身。正如其他下丘脑神经肽,外周组织中也发现有生长激素释放激素(GHRH)且主要位于胃肠道中。为确证睾丸 GHRH 的存在并确定其来源,本文使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定睾丸中 GHRH肽,并使用核苷酸杂交技术检测睾丸中 GHRH 的信息核糖核酸(mRNA)。
It has been found in the testes that several neuropeptides of the hypothalamus exist. Recently, it has been found that there is a high concentration of immunoreactive corticotropin releasing factor (CRF) in the testes, and is derived from the testicles themselves. As with other hypothalamic neuropeptides, growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) is also found in peripheral tissues and is predominantly located in the gastrointestinal tract. In order to confirm the existence of GHRH in testis and determine its origin, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the GHRH peptide in the testis and the nucleotides hybridization technique was used to detect the mRNA of GHRH in testes.
