本研究比较了家用微波炉照射与煮沸消毒杀灭细菌和芽胞菌的时间。取细菌悬液(平均含菌量金黄色葡萄球菌1000/ml或大肠杆菌1800/ml)25ml,微波照射12s灭菌率>99.9％。含枯草杆菌10~6的纸片,需煮沸75min才能灭活,而微波照射仅需50min。因此认为微波消毒优于煮沸。手术器械消毒应用试验提示,家用微波炉适用于手术应急器械的快速消毒。
This study compared domestic microwave oven irradiation and boiling disinfection to kill bacteria and aeruginosa time. Take bacterial suspension (average bacteria Staphylococcus aureus 1000 / ml or Escherichia coli 1800 / ml) 25ml, microwave irradiation 12s sterilization rate> 99.9%.
