公司领导非常重视党建工作,积极开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,注重党的思想建设、作风建设、组织建设和能力建设。在实践活动中,“退管”工作人员明确了工作中存在的主要问题,并认识到最本质的问题实际上是工作作风问题。为使“退管”工作见实效,离退休事务部积极响应党组织的号召,结合公司实际制定出解决问题的方案并狠抓落实,为离退休人员做了很多实事,在及时反映、设法满足其合理要求的同时,解决了工作不实、脱离群众等问题,使得“退管”工作卓有成效。
