目的:以高效液相色谱法测定益气固本片中仙茅苷的含量。方法:样品经甲醇提取,色谱柱为PhenomenexC-18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),柱温35%,乙腈一水(25:75)为流动相,流速O.8mL/min,检测波长283mm。结果:仙茅苷在O.3μg—1.55μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.87%,RSD为2.3%(n=4)。结论:本方法简便、可靠,重现性好,进一步控制制剂中仙茅苷的含量。
Objective: To determine the content of curculin in Yiqi Guben Tablets by HPLC. Methods: The samples were extracted with methanol. The chromatographic column was Phenomenex C-18 (5μm, 4.6mm×250mm), the column temperature was 35%, acetonitrile-water (25:75) was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was O.8mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 283mm. RESULTS: Curculoside showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.3 μg to 1.55 μg. The average recovery was 99.87% and the RSD was 2.3% (n=4). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and reproducible, and further controls the content of fipronil in the preparation.
