田径竞赛项目是人类自然体能最突出的表现,它一直在奥运会中占有主要的地位,而作为田径竞赛场上的执法者——田径裁判员,它的重要作用也是不言而喻的。因此体育院校如何使学生掌握更多的田径裁判知识,增加田径裁判实习机会,从而提高他们的田径裁判实际操作能力,为我国的田径运动培养更多的执法者也成为目前必须进行的田径教学改革的重要课题之一。
