目前,国内在定量测定尿中粪卟啉时大都采用三波长紫外分光光度法,此法灵敏度高,测定结果比定性法准确可靠。但由于采用本方法需留取24小时全尿标本,对于在门诊就诊的病人诸多不便。为了得到简便易行,且不影响结果准确性的方法,我们在原法的基础上,试用晨尿做粪卟啉定量测定,并算出其中位数和正常范围,还做了晨尿和24小时尿、晨尿和午后一次尿、男性和女性晨尿的对比,做了正常人在不控制饮水量情况下白天12小时尿中粪卟啉排出量的动态曲线。
