目的探讨动态心电图对心脏病患者心律失常的诊断意义。方法采用随机抽选法从本院2013年1月-2017年1月收治的心脏病患者中随机选取120例作为研究对象,并分为观察组60例和对照组60例,给予对照组患者常规的心电图检查,给予观察组患者动态心电图检查,对两组患者检查效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者检出率显著比对照组高,两组检出率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对心脏病患者诊断时采用动态心电图检查能够有效发现患者病状,对诊断心脏病患者心律失常具有重要意义,有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) on arrhythmia in patients with heart disease. Methods A random sample of 120 patients with heart disease from January 2013 to January 2017 in our hospital was randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The patients in control group Of the ECG, given the observation group patients with dynamic electrocardiogram examination, the two groups of patients compared the inspection results. Results The detection rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The clinical diagnosis of patients with heart disease using dynamic electrocardiogram can effectively detect the patient’s symptoms, the diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmias in patients with heart disease is of great significance, has a high clinical value, it is worth promoting.
