目的:研究丝瓜叶新成分L6a和L10对大鼠学习记忆及海马内生长抑素的影响.方法:icv大鼠分别用穿梭箱被动回避反应及免疫组化、图像分析等法进行.结果:L6a(25μg)组记忆保持功能明显增强(P<005),生长抑素免疫反应物(SomLI)的面密度和数密度显著增加(P<005);其余各组记忆保持功能增加不显著(P>005),L10(25μg)组SomLI的面密度及(50μg)组SomLI的面密度和数密度值均显著增加(P<005).结论:L6a(25μg)具有增强记忆保持功能和增加SomLI的作用,L10有增强记忆保持功能的趋势,但不显著,却显著增加海马内的SomLI.
Objective: To study the effects of new components L 6 6a and L 10 of Loofah on learning and memory and somatostatin in hippocampus of rats. Methods: icv rats were treated with shuttle box passive avoidance, immunohistochemistry and image analysis. RESULTS: The memory retention function of L 6a (25μg) group was significantly increased (P 0. 05), and the areal density and number density of som LI were significantly increased (P 0. 05); There was no significant increase in memory retention in each group (P>005). The surface density of Som-LI in L-10 (25μg) group and the surface density and number density of Som-LI (50μg) increased significantly (P< 005). Conclusion: L 6a (25μg) has the function of enhancing memory retention and increasing Som LI. L 10 has the tendency to enhance the memory retention, but it is not significant, but it significantly increases Som LI in the hippocampus.
