目的研究医院分离鲍曼不动杆菌抗药基因携带情况及其对消毒剂抗性水平。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术与肉汤稀释法,对某医院病人送检标本和环境标本中分离的鲍曼不动杆菌进行qac E△1-sul I基因和消毒剂抗性检测。结果从病人送检标本中检出2株鲍曼不动杆菌,其中1株qac E△1-sul I基因阳性。从环境标本中检出5株鲍曼不动杆菌均未检出抗药基因。三氯异氰尿酸对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC、MBC值均为500~1 000 mg/L,有2株菌MIC和6株菌MBC高于标准菌株。聚维酮碘对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC、MBC值为200~800 mg/L,有4株菌的MBC值高于标准菌株。戊二醛对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC、MBC值为1 250~2 500 mg/L,有4株菌的MBC值高于标准菌株。结论病人送检标本分离的鲍曼不动杆菌检出qac E△-sul I基因,而环境标本中未检出抗药基因菌株。所试验的三种消毒剂对该菌的MBC值多数菌株高于标准菌株。
Objective To study the resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from hospitals and its resistance to disinfectants. Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and broth dilution method were used to detect the qac E △ 1-sul I gene and disinfectant in Acinetobacter baumannii isolates from a hospital patient and from environmental samples. Results Two strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were detected from the patient samples, of which one was positive for qac E △ 1-sul I gene. Five strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were not detected in the environmental samples. The MIC and MBC values of trichloroisocyanuric acid against seven strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were both 500-1000 mg / L, with two strains of MIC and six strains of MBC higher than the standard strain. The MICs of povidone-iodine against seven strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were 200 ~ 800 mg / L and MBC values of four strains were higher than those of standard strains. The MIC values of glutaraldehyde against seven strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were 1 250-2 500 mg / L. The MBC values of 4 strains were higher than those of the standard strain. Conclusion The Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the patient samples detected the qac E △ -sul I gene, but no drug-resistant strains were detected in the environmental samples. The MBC values of the three tested disinfectants on this strain were higher than those of the standard strains.
