邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯(DEHP)是一种广泛应用的邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)增塑剂,普通人群可通过日常生活、医疗活动等多种途径接触此种物质,并由消化道、呼吸道、皮肤等进入人体,还可通过胎盘和乳汁到达下一代体内。目前研究报道DEHP及其代谢产物可能通过扰动神经元和神经胶质细胞的增殖分化过程、干扰脂类物质代谢、干扰与锌代谢有关的基因的表达、影响FGD1和PAFAH1B1等基因的表达、影响小鼠胚胎神经管的发育等机制对神经系统产生发育毒性。就DEHP对神经系统发育的毒性研究作一综述。
