本文以乡村地区法律信仰为研究对象,从法律信仰的概念和乡村地区法律信仰缺失入手分析。通过对乡村地区法律信仰缺失的表现及原因的分析,力求寻找培植乡村地区法律信仰的基本思路。并针对我国法律信仰建设的不足,提出相关法律建议,以期培植我国村民的法律信仰,推动法治进程。
In this paper, the legal belief in rural areas as the research object, from the concept of legal belief and the lack of legal belief in rural areas to start with the analysis. Through the analysis of the lack of legal faith in rural areas and the reasons for it, I try to find the basic idea of cultivating legal faith in rural areas. In the light of the deficiency of legal belief construction in our country, some legal suggestions are put forward in order to foster the legal belief of villagers in our country and promote the process of rule of law.
