一直以来,省委、省政府狠抓创新推动转型升级,提升企业核心竞争力,取得了可喜的成绩:编者从省科技厅获悉,我省的技术自给率已经达到66.8%;在经济增速放缓的背景下,我省高新技术产业在今年一季度工业增加值达到1078亿元,同比增长10.6%,比传统制造业快5个百分点。这一连串的数字,让我们惊喜的同时,也更加关注2012年逆势而上的高新技术产业。
