改革开放以来,我国利用外资兴办三资企业,有力地推动了国民经济的迅速发展。以下从统计角度谈谈“三资”企业的发展问题。发展三资企业,为国民经济的发展注入新的活力自1980年建立第一家外商投资企业开始,到1995年底,我国已累计批准外商直接投资项目25.9万个,实际利用外商直接投资1348亿美元。外商直接投资迅速增加,三资企业已成为促进中国经济发展的重要因素。 1.加大了投入产出力度,保证了国民经济迅猛发展。改革开放以来,我国国民经济的飞速发展很大程度上得益于外商来中国投资。以下事实,可以佐证:
