今天对于个案受害者的特殊保护,恰恰也是明天对于上诉人、其他住户等所有潜在受害者的特殊保护。2016年9月8日,令人瞩目的“汉阳高空抛物致女婴伤残案”二审在武汉市中级人民法院宣判。经审理,武汉中院驳回陈某某等47名被告的上诉,维持原判,即:事发地附近3个门栋的80多户居民按份补偿小欣怡36万余元。该判决为终审判决。
