我们都知道,营养是健康的基础。如今,我国国民营养健康状况面临着双重挑战:一方面,尽管随着生活的改善,营养不良明显下降,但是在贫困地区,特别是儿童,依然存在着营养不足的问题;同时,由于食物结构的改变,在城市和富裕农村,和营养相关的疾病,比如说肥胖、高血压、糖尿病等也明显增加,成为威胁居民健康的突出问题。
