隐私权作为公民人格权的重要组成部分理应得到法律的保护。网络的发展使娱乐明星的隐私权保护面临着严峻的考验,“艳照门”事件充分凸显出网络侵权的消极影响,也迫使我们思考网络媒体的社会责任问题。
Privacy as an important part of citizen’s right of personality should be protected by law. The development of the Internet has made the entertainment star’s privacy protection a severe test. The Pornographic Event fully highlighted the negative impact of Internet infringement and forced us to think about the social responsibility of online media.
