采用多种色谱技术对多花蒿Artemisia myriantha干燥地上部分95%乙醇提取物中的倍半萜类成分进行化学成分研究,分离得到13个化合物。通过理化数据和波谱分析鉴定其结构分别为blumenol A(1),(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(2),(+)-3-hydroxy-β-ionone(3),(3R,6R,7E)-3-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-9-one(4),(-)-10-oxo-isodauc-3-en-15-oic acid(5),isoerivanin(6),eudesmafraglaucolide(7),artanomalide A(8),13-acetoxy-3β-hydroxy-germacra-1(10)E,4E,7(11)-trien-12,6α-olide(9),13-acetoxy-3β-tigloyl-germacra-1(10)E,4E,7(11)-trien-12,6α-olide(10),13-acetoxy-3β-(3-methylbutanoyl)-germacra-1(10)E,4E,7(11)-trien-12,6α-olide(11),3,9-diacetoxy-13-hydroxy-1(10),4,7(11)-germacratrien-12,6α-olide(12),8α-angeloyloxycostunolide(13)。化合物1~6,13为首次从该属植物中分离得到,7~9,12为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物8对人结肠癌(HCT-8)和人胃癌细胞(BGC-823)有较强的细胞毒活性,IC50分别为2.33,4.53μmol·L~(-1)。
A variety of chromatographic techniques were used to study the chemical constituents of the sesquiterpenoids from 95% ethanol extract of Artemisia myriantha dry parts of Artemisia annua. Thirteen compounds were isolated. The structures of blumenol A (1), (+) - dehydrovomifoliol (2), (+) - 3-hydroxy- β -ionone (3), (3R, 6R, 7E) -3 (-) - 10-oxo-isodauc-3-en-15-oic acid (5), isoerivanin (6), eudesmafraglaucolide (7), artanomalide A (8), 13-acetoxy-3β-hydroxy-germacra-1 (10) E, 4E, 7 (11) -trien-12,6α- olide (9), 13-acetoxy-3β-tigloyl-germacra- (10) E, 4E, 7 (11) -trien-12, 6α-olide (10), 13-acetoxy-3β- (3-methylbutanoyl) -12,6α-olide (11), 3,9-diacetoxy-13-hydroxy-1 (10), 4,7 (11) -germacratrien-12,6α-olide (12), 8α-angeloyloxycostunolide (13). Compounds 1 to 6 and 13 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and 7 to 9 and 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 8 has strong cytotoxic activity on human colon cancer (HCT-8) and human gastric cancer cells (BGC-823) with IC50 of 2.33 and 4.53μmol·L -1, respectively.
