[目的]探讨p73、p51A基因转录水平与胃癌发生、发展的关系。[方法]采用逆转录多聚酶链反应技术(RT-PCR)检测32例胃癌组织及相对应的邻近正常胃组织p73、p51A基因转录水平。[结果]32例胃癌组织中17例 p73呈阳性表达 ,正常胃组织仅有2例阳性表达 ,胃癌组织中 p73mRNA阳性表达率明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中 p73mRNA的阳性表达率与细胞分化程度无关 ,与TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05) ;p51A基因在32例标本的癌组织和正常胃组织均有表达 ,癌组织中 p51AmRNA表达量明显高于正常胃组织(P<0.05)。[结论]胃癌组织中存在p73、p51A基因的过度转录表达 ,p73或p51A的过度表达可能是胃癌发生的一个后期事件。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between p73, p51A gene transcription and the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. [Methods] Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the transcriptional levels of p73 and p51A in 32 cases of gastric cancer tissues and corresponding normal gastric tissues. [Results] The positive expression of p73 in 17 of 32 gastric cancer tissues was positive, while only 2 in normal gastric tissues was positive. The positive rate of p73 mRNA in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissues (P <0.01). The positive rate of p73 mRNA in gastric cancer tissues was not related to the degree of cell differentiation, and was closely related to the TNM stage (P <0.05). The expression of p51A gene was significantly higher in cancerous tissues and normal gastric tissues than in 32 specimens In normal gastric tissue (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Overexpression of p73 and p51A genes in gastric cancer tissues may be an overexpression of p73 or p51A, which may be a late event in gastric cancer.
