设计了一种结构简单的波长间隔双倍布里渊频移的可调谐多波长布里渊/铒光纤激光器。利用一个3dB耦合器形成复合环形腔结构,使奇数阶斯托克斯信号被局限在一个腔内循环,仅有初始布里渊抽运信号和偶数阶的斯托克斯信号能够耦合输出,实现了波长间隔双倍布里渊频移的多波长输出。分析了不同布里渊抽运功率、不同980nm抽运功率下激光器的输出特性。在布里渊抽运信号功率10dBm,980nm抽运功率110mW的情况下,激光器在1555~1565nm范围内获得了波长间隔0.176nm的6个波长输出。
A simple tunable multiwavelength Brillouin / Erbium-doped fiber laser with double-wavelength Brillouin frequency shift is designed. A 3dB coupler is used to form a compound annular cavity structure so that Odd Order Stokes signals are confined to a cavity and only the initial Brillouin pump signal and even order Stokes signals can be coupled and output Multiwavelength output with double Brillouin frequency shift at wavelength intervals. The output characteristics of lasers with different Brillouin pumping powers and pumping power of 980 nm were analyzed. When the signal power of Brillouin pump is 10dBm and the pumping power of 980nm is 110mW, the laser achieves six wavelength outputs with the wavelength of 0.176nm in the range of 1555 ~ 1565nm.
