介绍一种自动高速吸塑机温度控制系统,利用FX2N可编程控制器对发热砖模块进行温度检测与控制,介绍了系统的硬件设计和程序设计流程,对温度的采集数据进行数字滤波后,再经过PID控制器输出模拟量信号控制智能晶闸管控制模块,对发热砖模块进行控制,可编程控制器控制方式简单可靠,能广泛应用于吸塑机控制系统中。
This paper introduces a temperature control system of automatic high-speed plastic machine, and uses the FX2N programmable controller to detect and control the temperature of the heating brick module. The hardware design and programming flow of the system are introduced. After the data of temperature is digitally filtered, After PID controller output analog signal control intelligent thyristor control module, the heating brick module control, programmable controller control is simple and reliable, can be widely used in plastic machine control system.
