根据振动沉拔桩机激振器的结构特点,建立了电机及偏心质量系统的动力学方程,采用数值方法在计算机上对方程进行了求解。通过算例研究了启动过程的动态特性,分析了各因素对启动过程的影响,为激振器电机的合理选择提供了依据。
According to the structural characteristics of the vibrator of the vibratory pile pulling machine, the dynamic equations of the motor and the eccentric mass system are established. The numerical equation is used to solve the equation on the computer. The dynamic characteristics of the start-up process were studied through numerical examples, and the influence of various factors on the start-up process was analyzed, providing a basis for the rational selection of exciter motors.
