黑龙江省抚远县地处三江平原腹地,地域辽阔,资源丰富。自2002年以来,抚远县国内生产总值年均递增25.4%,财政收入年均递增47.1%,外贸进出口总额年均递增83.2%,招商引资年均递增50%,各项主要经济指标增幅在全省位居前列,连续9年被评为佳木斯市目标考评一类单位。“四型经济”引入快车道抚远盛产鲟鳇鱼等名贵的淡水鱼,被誉为“中国鲟鳇鱼之乡”、“中国大马哈鱼之乡”。过去,过度捕捞的作业模式使渔业资源骤减。新的生产方式使渔业如沐春风,改以往的只捞不养为以养为主、捕养结合。生产方式的转变使抚远渔业形成了繁育、养殖、加工、销售一体化模式。
