研究苎麻麻骨热解的动力学行为并考查其在旋风炉中热解制取燃料气的可行性。采用热重分析在不同升温速率下(5、10、15、20℃/min)对麻骨热失重过程,研究显示:热分解的主要阶段发生在250~390℃之间,且最大失重速率随升温速率的提高而升高。动力学研究表明麻骨热解的表观活化能在200~258kJ/mol范围内。此外,麻骨能够作为一种给料在旋风炉中进行内热式热解反应。热解过程中的炉膛温度、燃气成分及碳转化率均显著受空气当量比(ER)的影响。当ER在0.21~0.35之间时,燃气产率为1.07~2.08Nm3/kg,燃气热值达到3350~4798kJ/Nm3。
The kinetics of ramie slab pyrolysis was investigated and its feasibility of pyrolysis in a cyclone furnace was investigated.
