医学界经常有人讨论心肌耗氧量的临床意义,但是,心肌耗氧量(C_(MO))的测定,迄今仍然停留在用心肺制备和乳头肌作实验研究的阶段。我们通过对脉图的研究,找到了简便而无创地测定C_(MO)的方法。这样,我们就可以在临床和近似生理条件下,来研究心脏的力能代谢,研究各种血流动力学因素对C_(MO)的影响,分析缺血性心脏病的性质与发病机理,估计治疗药物对冠脉血氧失衡的作用。
