流动人口在流入地的融入意愿、过程和结果折射出他们的生存环境,昭示着在社会转型过程中不同人群能否享受公正待遇,体现了国家和地区以人为本的管理服务理念是否落实到位。但从现实来看,人们仍较少关注流动人口的社会融入意愿和流入地的基本公共服务的享有,使流动人口的认同度不高,影响社会的整合。因此研究如何使基本公共服务均等化,让每一个居住在当地的人都能公平、公开、公正地享受到基本公共服务具有非常重要的意义。
The willingness of the floating population to integrate into the place of entry, the process and the results reflect their living environment, showing whether different groups of people can enjoy fair treatment in the process of social transformation and reflect the fulfillment of the people-oriented management service concept of the country and the region. However, from a practical point of view, people still pay less attention to the desire of social integration of the floating population and the enjoyment of basic public services in the inflow areas, making the recognition of the floating population not high and affecting the social integration. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to equalize basic public services so that every resident living in Hong Kong can enjoy basic public services in a fair, open and fair manner.
